A prototype is non-production software intended solely for demonstration purposes. It is not intended for operation with sensitive data or under high load. It serves to verify the concept and present to investors/clients.
Until full payment, the code remains the property of the supplier. After payment, rights to the resulting code transfer to the client, except for generic templates and utilities that the supplier may continue to use in other projects.
The client acknowledges the use of AI tools (LLM, automation). The supplier is not responsible for the factual accuracy of AI outputs. The client is responsible for licenses and use of 3rd-party API keys.
No warranty for indirect damages, no SLA, no production security. Maximum damage compensation up to the paid price. The prototype is not security audited and is not intended for production deployment.
1 round of minor changes included in price, acceptance within 3 business days (otherwise considered accepted). Critical bugfixes 7 days. Everything beyond the approved brief is a change request.
